Steps for Materials onboarding
1. Before delivery: Submit delivery information, allocate materials, and prepare your location(s) within the Order Management page. Information includes:
- Accurate shipment location information
- Delivery contact information
- Allocations of materials which each location should receive
- Blackout delivery considerations
- Review and provide the following resources to school site contacts or warehouse managers ahead of delivery:
2. During Delivery: Keep an eye on your email for shipment notifications from Amplify’s Shipment Status page to help:
- Track status
- Check inventory upon arrival
- View delivery details for multiple locations
3. After Delivery: Unpack, sort, and inventory materials using the following guides. Note any discrepancies and share with our team.

- Once your district has started classes and you have begun your Amplify curriculum and/or assessment programs, changing enrollment sources is strongly discouraged, as this can be highly disruptive to your data sharing process. If your district has extenuating circumstances that require you to change how you enroll, please contact your Customer Success partner.
- For the 2022/2023 school year, returning customers (meaning customers that are ONLY implementing/using mCLASS or mCLASS and Amplify Reading) will continue to utilize the SSE or auto-SSE enrollment method to sync their rosters. For more information, visit our mCLASS enrollment help page.
